2. Delivery policy

Subject to receipt of payment, your order will be processed immediately and confirmation of delivery confirmed within the same day.

Your order will be emailed to you and you do not need the services of a Courier Company.

3. Export

The offering on this website is available to South African and International clients.

4. Return and Refunds policy

The provision of services by Elite Sourcing is subject to the following conditions. Resume Rewrite Services, Cover Letters, LinkedIn Profiles, and Job Portals, takes 3 to 8 working days to complete once payment reflects in our bank account. We do not offer refunds once the service has been delivered. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will continue to work on your documentation until you are completely satisfied with the final results.

CV (Resume Templates) are not subject to availability and can be processed and emailed as soon as payment reflects our Bank Account.

In cases of unavailability, Elite Sourcing will refund the client in full within 5 working days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10 % administration fee.

5. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Company’s bank account, the details of which will be provided on our website or on request.

6. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

7. Responsibility

Elite Sourcing takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

8. Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Elite Sourcing chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

9. Variation

Elite Sourcing may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
